Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping Areas
  • Service Locations: We offer shipping to most locations within India. If you are in a location where shipping is not available, we will notify you.
  1. Dispatch and Delivery
  • Dispatch Time: Products that are in stock are generally dispatched within one business day of receiving your order. We aim to process all orders promptly, but delivery times may vary based on external factors.
  • Tracking: For eligible orders, we will provide a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched. This link will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment.
  • Shipping Time: While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated time frame, shipping times are not guaranteed due to factors beyond our control, such as delays from our logistics partners or other external circumstances.
  1. Shipping Fees
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the size of the order. These charges are non-refundable.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD orders may incur additional fees. COD fees are also non-refundable.
  1. Delivery Issues
  • Non-Delivery: If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, the responsibility for additional shipping costs or order cancellation lies with the customer.
  • Shipping Damage: In case of damaged goods upon delivery, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue appropriately.

Warranty and Returns Policy

 

  1. Returns and Exchanges
  • Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
  • Pick-Up Service: While we aim to offer a pick-up service for returns, it is not guaranteed. If pick-up is not available, customers are responsible for shipping the return themselves.
  • Ineligible Returns: Returns made beyond the 7-day period, for used items, or without original packaging will not be accepted. Such items will be recycled or discarded without notice.
  1. Refunds
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, except for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, which will be refunded to the customer’s bank account.
  • Manufacturing Defects: If you discover a manufacturing defect in a product purchased from us, please contact us via email at care@warehousestore.in within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. We cannot accept defect requests beyond this period.
