Refunds/Cancellations

. Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
  • Pick-Up Service: While we aim to offer a pick-up service for returns, it is not guaranteed. If pick-up is not available, customers are responsible for shipping the return themselves.
  • Ineligible Returns: Returns made beyond the 7-day period, for used items, or without original packaging will not be accepted. Such items will be recycled or discarded without notice.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Process: AS soon as the product is received at our warehouse, we would inspect the same and if we find everything is okay then we would issue refund within 7 working days. For 100% refund, we would require the original box of the product, with all the barcodes, tags and unused product. If any of these things are missing, we would deduct the percentage of loss and refund the balance.
  • There won’t be any refund in case of used product
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, except for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, which will be refunded to the customer’s bank account.
  • Manufacturing Defects: If you discover a manufacturing defect in a product purchased from us, please contact us via email at care@warehousestore.in within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. We cannot accept defect requests beyond this period.
